Important Premises

The Staff of Calico Jack, check and test (where necessary) ALL items before shipping, so as to ensure complete integrity and proper operation.

The packaging used by Calico Jack are suitable and robust to ensure the integrity of the item for a correct shipment, even those recycled, in fact, the Calico Jack has always been a promoter of respect for the environment and uses (when possible) even old packaging still suitable for shipments.

Calico Jack will not assume any responsibility for damage to the goods sent from shipping or for any loss.

We recommend to all our customers, for greater peace of mind, to use the shipment with INSURANCE and to accept the goods always with RESERVE even if the packaging is not damaged or tampered with, to eventually claim on the courier for any damage to the articles sent caused by transport. In case of delivery with "Pick-up in store" mode, Calico Jack will prepare the order and send the customer a "confirm order ready" message. Orders with "Withdrawing in store on delivery" will be automatically canceled if not withdrawn within 7 days from the "confirm order ready" message, unless the customer has agreed otherwise.

Costs and delivery times

Transport costs for Italy reported during the purchase are fixed up to a max neck 30kg, while weights and forwarding expenses abroad will be communicated later. It 'also possible to directly pick up the goods at our point of sale Muggiò (MB), by communicating in order notes, then you will be contacted by our staff to arrange the day of collection of the goods.

WARNING! For logistical and organizational reasons, shipments are made usually on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is done outside of business premises, the customer (if it qualifies as a "consumer" under article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to cancel the contract and return the products ordered, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of the products themselves.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised for all the products for customer choice were collected in person at the headquarters of Calico Jack. This right is reserved solely to natural persons (consumers), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the customer, subject to revocation, within 10 (ten) days of receipt of goods. All returns (which to be perfectly intact and accompanied by original packaging) must be authorized by the Customer Service Calico Jack who will issue a return authorization number (RMA). After receiving the RMA number, the customer can return the Item / s at the following address: Calico Jack AirSoft SAS - Via Galileo Galilei, 4, 20835 Muggiò (MB) Italy. They will not accept parcels on delivery. After receiving the product (and verified their integrity) the Calico Jack will, in the shortest possible time, we will credit the customer the cost of returned products, retaining, if necessary, the amount of postage that will remain permanently charged Customer. The Calico Jack reject any Product not packed, as well as products for which they are not been already paid by the customer the cost of returning. The return costs of the product are the responsibility of the customer. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, that:

• the original packaging
• the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals etc.)
• the product is damaged for any reason including transport.
The right of withdrawal even if the product is not received by Calico Jack within 7 calendar days from the date of sending RMA.
